Activity Notes
We'll meet at the Lower MacLeay Trailhead at 6pm for an evening hike up to the Pittock Mansion. Bring a snack and a refreshing beverage and we'll spend some time at the top enjoying the view (and if there is no view we'll still enjoy the grounds). This will be a hike of approximately 5 miles round trip and 950 feet. You'll likely have to find parking on residential street near the park. Restrooms on site. Many of us will have spent the day sitting at our desks, a little outdoor therapy is just what we need for a mood lift.
Please bring a headlamp just in case. I don't plan to break any speed records, and we'll be enjoying the outdoor delights. We'll likely go up at a slower pace and come down quite a bit faster.
