Mt. Thielsen, East Peak

Please note Mt. Thielsen, East Peak is NOT ?the? Mt. Thielsen, but a lower peak to the NE, also called Holly?s Ridge.  You do get an amazing view of Mt. Thielsen. We start at the Howlock Mt. Trail and at 5.7 miles reach the PCT (6,940?) at Thielsen Camp. Here we stop and set-up camp, then continue up the drainage just north of Mt. Thielsen SSE to intersect the SW extension of Hollys Ridge.  We follow the ridgeline ENE to the summit (8,178?).  We will spend the night at Thielsen Camp and then continue north on the PCT to climb Mt. Howlock.
