Devil's Peak Lookout (Cool Creek)

Lace up your comfiest boots and prepare for a (9) mile hike that not only captures amazing view of Mt Hood but also leads to a Fire Lookout.   The mileage on this hike has been debated and ranges anywhere from (7) - (10) miles round trip, depending on who you talk to and what tracking device is being used.   Elevation gain is more than Dog Mountain in less miles.   We will meet at the Cool Creek Trailhead at 8:45AM, with a hiking start time of 9AM.  Our goal is to be at the Fire Lookout, by noon to enjoy lunch and then back to cars between 3-4pm.
