We can carpool from Sandy at 8.15am or meet at the Cool Creek trailhead at 9am.  If you are in Portland, carpooling from MMC at 7.45am is also an option. 

At 7.6 miles and 3200ft of elevation gain, this hike is comparable in difficulty to Dog Mountain. The trail tops out at a decommissioned fire lookout which is maintained by volunteers.  The rhododendrons should be blooming and If the weather cooperates, we will have stunning views of Mt Hood.
