June 1st is National Trails Day! We are joining the American Hiking Society to Celebrate that day by getting out on a trail full of waterfalls. We will beautify by trimming and picking up any trash along the way. We will meet at the MMC (Mazama Mountaineering Center) 527 SE 43rd Ave, Portland, OR at 8 am. Or you can meet us at 8:40 am at Wahkeena trailhead on the Historic Columbia River Hwy. Please bring: Sturdy hiking shoes/boots (couple of easy scrambles) Rain gear (you never know) Sun gear (sunglasses, lotion and hat) Water Lunch/snacks Camera/phone of course hand trimmers or lopers and gloves Bag for trash| Other Information | |
