Activity Notes

Starting from the Oregon Coast Trail head in Manzanita, we will possibly enjoy delicious ripe berries on a less popular section of trail. Once we pass the south Neahkahnie trailhead, we?ll have lots of company for the last part of our ascent. We?ll end up at a short rock scramble to a dramatic view of the Pacific Ocean. We?ll lunch there, and on our way down we will take a road that goes down and then up. That is, it?s an out and back, with a loop in the middle. Total stats are 6.6 miles and 1,450?.
