Winter Solstice Twin Lakes Loop Snowshoe

Activity Notes

Plan is to snowshoe to the lower Twin Lake (take a short break) and then up the draw to the upper Twin Lake.  From the upper Twin Lake (after lunch), head West up the side of the ridge and follow the ridge back to the PCT and then back to the cars.  Estimate distance 6 miles and 1000? elevation gain. The pace will be easy to moderate. (Note: Route may vary depending upon snow conditions) Will meet at the Sandy Safeway, by the Wells Fargo ATM at 7:30 AM for carpooling.
