With beautiful views, amazing spring wildflowers, and a relatively short effort, this is one of the most popular hikes in the Gorge. On a good day, you can get a view of Mt. Hood and the Columbia River.

Join us for an evening AYM hike during lunar apogee of June, known as the Strawberry Moon. 7.4 miles, 2800'. Bring a favorite poem or sonnet to recite at the summit.

Adventurous Young Mazamas (AYM) offers outdoor activities year-round targeted to younger adults in their 20s & 30s. All activities are open to everyone 18 and over who can safely participate in our events. Our events are alcohol, smoking, and drug free.
