Activity Notes

Join the AR Committee for a fun morning of outdoor climbing at Ozone Crag, located about 30 minutes from Portland. We'll have top ropes set up on a variety of routes, giving everyone the opportunity to climb, challenge themselves, and experience different styles of movement on the rock.

This event is open to climbers who are either:

  • BCEP graduates (or higher badge level), or
  • Hold a current belay card from a local climbing gym

The AR Committee will handle rope setup and anchor management, so you can focus on climbing and having fun. Whether you're looking to build confidence outdoors, refine your technique, or simply enjoy a morning on the rock with fellow climbers, this is a great opportunity to learn and connect.

Have questions about climbing technique, movement, gear, anchor systems, or outdoor climbing in general? Bring them! Our AR Committee members are happy to share their knowledge and help you continue developing your skills.
