Cathedral Peak is located in the Pasayten Wilderness, an over 500,00-acre expanse in North-central Washington, just east of the North Cascades. The peak is a stone’s throw from the border with Canada, and far from paved roads. Cathedral Peak is 8601’ high, and the 42nd highest peak in Washington. While stiff 5th class routes have been established on the steep faces of the mountain, we will summit via a 4th class scramble.
