Our hike:
Here is the All Trails track of our hike. The hike will be about 8 miles and 1750 feet of elevation gain. On a clear day, we should have a 5 peak view from the top, and at this time of year, I'm expecting lots of rhodedendrums on the way up. We will stop at Mirror Lake to try to get the photo of Mount Hood reflected in the water.
Parking:
A Northwest Forest Pass is required to park at the Mirror Lake Trailhead.
Meeting Point:
Let's meet at the Gateway Transit Center to carpool at 7:00 AM. I expect the trailhead parking lot may be busy on weekend in summer, so let's get an early start.
