Activity Notes

This hike will leave from the Trapper Creek trailhead and ascend over 3200' over 6.5 miles to Observation Peak. We'll then reverse for a total of 13 miles. We'll aim to finish in 7 hours or better.

We'll carpool from MMC at 6 AM. Hikers meeting at the trailhead should arrive no later than 7:15 AM. Note that parking at the trailhead requires a NW Forest Pass.

This will be an exploratory hike for the leader.
