Thanksgiving Dinner at the Mazama Lodge

Please bring the whole family and join us as we renew a long-time Mazama tradition of gathering at our Lodge on Mt. Hood for a Thanksgiving  dinner, prepared by longtime Mazama lodge host and AIA-trained chef Charles Barker.

Charles is currently the proprietor of the Glacier Public House in Government Camp, but was the Lodge Host and chef for many Thanksgiving Dinners in years past.

We will offer a hike (or snowshoe, if we get some early snow) in the early afternoon before dinner, led by  on of our experienced hike leaders.

The schedule for Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 27th) is as follows:

12 PM noon: Lodge opens fro our guests

1 PM: Scott Stevenson will lead a snowshoe or hike. Exact route and location will depend on weather, snow coverage and the number of hikers.

4 PM: Appetizers served.

5 PM: Thanksgiving Dinner served.

Adults are $30. Kids 12 and under are $15. Free for 2 and under.
