Begin at Timberline Lodge and cross the White River Canyon on the way to Meadows Ski area. From there, tackle the mildly challenging crossing of Clark Creek and then on to the challenging crossing of Newton Creek before heading up to Gnarl Ridge for amazing views. We'll crest the high point at 7,300 feet before dropping back down onto the east side of Mt. Hood and descending to the Cloud Cap Trailhead.
