Advanced Rock is hosting a 2-session skill builder to impart the skills necessary to get you on your first big wall.

Over the course of the two sessions, hosted at the Mazamas Mountaineering Center, you will learn the basics of aid leading, hauling, jugging, completing lower outs, and setting up a portaledge.


This class will NOT cover:

- trad gear placement

- anchor building

- lead belaying or lead climbing

- multipitch techniques
