Activity Notes

Coyote Wall Loop Trail offers gorgeous views of the Columbia River & Mt. Hood when the weather cooperates.  Who’s feeling lucky in mid-December?  Regardless, rain or shine, we will hike, so don't forget that rain gear!

Our route will vary slightly from the AllTrails map linked below, as a portion of the trail is closed due to reseeding.  Total mileage will be approximately 7.5 miles with 1775 of elevation gain.

For those who wish to Carpool from the MMC, please arrive in time for a 7:45 a.m. departure. We will plan on leaving the Trail Head at 9:00 a.m. if you wish to meet us there.

No parking permits required at Trailhead

Pit toilet available at trailhead. 

$3.50 toll each way over the Hood River bridge. 

Suggested carpool donation to driver is $13 pp.
