Activity Notes

Between a Walk and a Hard Pace.  Meet and start at the Upper Macleay Parking lot and run (or hike fast) to Pittock Mansion parking log via Upper Macleay Trail/Wildwood.  Continue on Wildwood and jog down the dirt road (Verde Vista) just before Burnside.  Then return to Upper Macleay Trail.  Every time you pass Pittock is one repeat.  My goal is a quad Pittock, which is usually around an hour (~5 mph pace).
