Activity Notes

The West Ridge of Stuart is a very strenuous and beautiful climb. The rock quality is generally extremely good and the views are exceptional. This is one of my favorite climbs in the PNW.

Participants will need to be experienced rock climbers and to be in great physical shape for a full day of scrambling up and then down this 9,415 foot peak. On the summit day we will be starting around 3am and may not get back until after dark. With appropriate rock climbing skills and solid conditioning this Cascades classic is a lot of fun.
