Lodge Host Needed for New Years

We are looking for hosts to support the a New Years weekend for our members to come together and kickoff the new year with Friends and Family.  

Hosting will begin at noon on 12/31, carrying through until noon on New Years Day.  We are looking for several hosts to help open the Lodge and setup buffets for NYE dinner and breakfast the next morning.

We will rely on catering for the event, which will need to be picked up in Government Camp and brought to the Lodge.  We have the equipment we need to keep the food hot and serve during the evening.

All members and guests will be expected to clean up after themselves, with hosts helping to provide guidance for the effort.

Hosts should be prepared to:

• Help move food up the hill once picked up - both Sunday night and Monday morning.
• Provide guidance to guests to help mantain a clean space for all to enjoy.
• Enjoy spending nights on the mountain with fellow Mazamas!
