BCEP Team 13: Instructor Training

BCEP team focusing on educator skills emphasizing communication, modeling behavior, positive learning environments, and student-centered learning. Specifically we'll be covering "how to teach rappelling" while using these educator skills.

The training will be a low-intensity ~three hours, with the first 30-40 minutes focused on the educator skills, and the rest of the time will be doing hands-on activities with rappelling and experience giving/receiving mini-feedback. This training will be pretty interactive, we won't be sitting in chairs or standing still a lot. You'd be invited to bring snacks.
