Cape Horn Loop Grade: A Distance: 7.5 miles Elevation Gain: 1250 ft Pace: 2 Miles/Hour  Hiking Time: 4+ Hours Meeting Point:  MMC for carpool at 9AM (Alternate is trailhead - contact leader.) Trailhead:  Salmon Falls Park & Ride / Cape Horn Trailhead, Washougal, WA 98671 We will do the full  loop, Going clockwise (the road first). Cape Horn Trail is one of the closest Columbia River Gorge trails to the Portland-Vancouver metropolitan area. It features wide-ranging views up and down the river, rocky cliffs and crags, streams and a waterfall. We should still have some fall colors.
