The Northwest Ridge is an easy route which can be safely climbed throughout the year. The crux of the route is climbing Prouty Pinnacle (from Oregon High by Jeff Thomas)

Activity Notes

We have a permit!

Snow likely above 6000 feet (last 1/3 of trail in).  Ridge should be snow-free through except traversing Glisan Pinnacle.  Meet at the trailhead at 10AM, I'll have permits and a scope of the summit area done - to determine if we need to take axe+crampons (likely only one set for the leader).  Bring axe and crampons just in case we all need them.
