Sneak more nature into your work week! This trail is very crowded on the weekend, but we?ll have it largely to ourselves on a Wednesday evening.  Sunset is 8:04. Headlamp required. We?ll be back to the cars just after dark. Meet at the Salmon River west trailhead at 5pm. Driving directions: Travel 17.3 miles east of Sandy on US Hwy 26. Turn right (south) on Salmon River road, follow it past the Green Canyon Campground. The trailhead is 5 miles in on the left (east) side of the road just north of the bridge. No parking pass required at this time of year.
