Gorton Creek Nick Eaton Ridge Loop

I welcome fully vaccinated hikers to try a steep, rigorous hike on the eve of winter. Up Herman Creek to the Nick Eaton junction, up to the Ridge Cutoff trail, or maybe up to Deadwood Camp, then cut over to Gorton Creek trail to descend. No snow as of scouting it at the first of the month, but who knows? If conditions are untenable we will probably find something elsewhere that's a little tamer. I will be in touch before the hike to advise as to weather forecast and what to bring along.
