White River Canyon Snowshoe

Activity Notes

Come along for an evening snowshoe near Mt Hood. 4.5 miles RT, 600 ft. Drive 180. Required: Snowshoes and headlamp. Limited to 8 hikers or fewer for safety.

• Proof of vaccination for this event. If new, refresh on policies: http://mazamas.org/coronavirusresponse/
• Reaching the trailhead will require a suitable vehicle, traction and Sno-Park permit for winter conditions.
• As an alpine winter hike, be ready for subzero temps and high wind. For heavy precip, trip will be called off or relocated.
• For optional carpool, meet at Starbucks on NE Halsey.
