Activity Notes

The SSI curriculum will occur over 3-4 training lecture/sessions at the MMC or around Portland, followed by a two day weekend field session on Mt Hood's glaciers. The first weekend field session will be attended by Team A participants/students and volunteer/instructors. The second weekend field session will be attended by Team A participants/students and volunteer/instructors. For each weekend we will be camping friday and saturday night at the trailhead in order to get an early start hiking to the practice and climbing site.
