Mount Ellinor

Activity Notes

Plan on meeting on 5/23 by 8 AM at the Lower Mount Ellinor Trailhead.  We will hike up the Lower Trail until it intersects with the Upper Trail.  Depending upon snow and trail conditions we will take the winter route up the SE chute or continue on the summer route trail.  Plan on needing and being proficient with using crampons and ice axe for both options. We should be back to the cars no later than 4pm (probably earlier) so driving back to Portland should not be an issue.
