Hardy Ridge Dog Friendly Hike

We will meet at the Beacon Rock State Park Equestrian Trailhead at 9:00AM. A Discovery Pass is required, but can be purchased at the Trailhead.  We will go up the East Hardy Trail to the Hardy Ridge Trail and come back down the West Hardy Trail.  These trails are on old logging roads which narrow down on the ridge.  On the ridge, we have beautiful views of the Columbia Gorge.  The hike is 7.3 miles with an 1800ft elevation gain. The wide trails and elevation gain work well to use up that pent up energy.  Leashed well behaved dogs are welcome, but you don't need a dog to attend.  There is no cell phone service at the trailhead.
