The Eliot Glacier tour, a tradition started by climb leader Gary Beck, takes hikers to the rugged north side of the mountain for a day of glacier travel and exploring. As this hike is above treeline and on slightly technical terrain it's considered a climb, although no this is NOT a summit climb.

Activity Notes

We'll be exploring the Elliot Glacier via roped team travel. This climb will not include a summit.

Climb leader will be spending the night at Tilly Jane Campground. Although not required, it would be ideal to spend the night before at this campground.

This is an exploratory climb, the climb leader has not climbed this route before.
