My preference is to give priority to ICS graduates and strong BCEP graduates, comfortable on rock and exposure to height. Your climbing experience, training and volunteer hours with the Mazamas will help me determine who among the applicants I will pick for all my climbs.  Do update your profile page to reflect those experiences and to provide as much details as you possibly can.
