Suburban Walk: NB Trolley Trail

Activity Notes

This is a one-way walk, mostly on the paved Trolley Trail, from the pedestrian-bicycle bridge over the Clackamas River to the SE Park Ave MAX station. We will walk 7.0 miles and gain 175'. 

The trip will start and end at the SE Park Ave MAX station, which is the southern terminus of the Orange line but is also served by bus 33. Folks may park in the garage or take transit there. We're gathering just before 08:00 in advance of our 08:04 to 08:20 SB bus 33. Please bring your HOP card, a contactless credit card, or $2.80 cash (exact change) to ride the bus. We will deboard at stop 3831, McLoughlin & Clackamette Dr, which is the first stop south of the Clackamas River. 

Our walk starts from there. We will walk alongside Dunes Dr, Clackamette Dr, and Main St to the trail along the Clackamas River, which we will take to the ped-bike bridge. Once across the bridge, we will backtrack along the Clackamas River before turning onto Gladstone's Portland Ave, which leads to the Trolley Trail, which we will take back to the SE Park Ave MAX station.
