Wildwood Trail

Activity Notes

We will carpool at the MMC, leaving at 7:30AM, then drive to Washington Park.  We'll start the hike at 8:00AM at the Wildwood Trailhead, which is next to the Vietnam Veterans of Oregon Memorial.  We'll hike to the six-mile mark on the Wildwood Trail where we will turn around and hike back to the start.  Total distance will be 12 miles and approximately 2000 ft of elevation gain/loss.  We'll have lunch at Upper Macleay Park at the 5-mile mark and stop for water, bio-breaks, snacks, clothing changes along the way.  This is a B level hike.  We will be going at a moderate pace of between 2.0 to 2.5 miles per hour.
