Activity Notes
BCEP or equivalent training, self arrest, crampons, ice ax and fixed line travel, with glacier travel knowledge is expected of participants
15 miles round trip with around 5 k of vert, most of which is in the last 3 miles of climbing. Please bring trail runners for the first few miles, unless you want to do it climbing boots, which are also fine.
Boots can be 3 season, a water filter is good to have in addition to the gear list, which is given below.
We will leave around 5, so please be ready to go at 4:30 ish at the trailhead with your pack etc. This climb should take us 12-15 hours on trail. This is a car to car climb. We will carry a rope. If you have the qualifications and you apply, I will most likely accept you.

Ideally you drive up the night before to sleep at the trailhead, which needs a NW forest pass.
I will be accepting folks on Wednesday morning to allow people to apply.
