Activity Notes
Falls Creek Falls is a stunning triple plunge of 335 total feet. We'll hike a loop with the upper and lower trails for a total of about 7 miles with 1300 feet of elevation gain. On the drive back, we'll make a short detour to check out the also spectacular Panther Creek Falls. Hiking here will be a bit less than a mile with 200 feet of gain.
We'll carpool from the MMC departing at 7:30 am or you can meet us at the trailhead at 9. A NW Forest Pass or America the Beautiful Pass is needed to park at the trailhead.
This will be my first time doing this hike which in Mazamas parlance makes it an "exploratory" hike.
