Activity Notes
Drive to TH on Saturday the 12th (USFS Parking Pass is required). Drive time is 6-7 hours. We will have a pre-climb meeting after 7PM. If you are late, I will brief you. We can discuss start time, but 5AM is where we can begin the discussion.
On Sunday we hike to Hannigan pass, turn right and head up the "Briar Patch" and around a knob to the base of the glacier. From there, we rope up for the summit push. the glacier itself is not very technical (at least when I did it in Late July of 2017).
We will descend the same way down. Camping another night is suggested. The drive to PDX right after the climb is rough.
