Activity Notes
An afternoon hike up Eagle Creek to the Four-and-a-Half Mile Bridge, which is around four miles in from the modern trailhead between Four Mile Falls and Tenas Falls. The creek is accessible in the area of the bridge and we may enjoy a quick dip. We'll travel about 8 miles with 800' of gain.
We'll carpool from the MMC at 2 PM. Hikers meeting the group at the trailhead should arrive no later than 2:45 PM. Given that the trail is a very gentle incline, we'll aim to maintain a pace closer to 2.5 mph than 2 mph.
This will be an exploratory hike, meaning the leader has not hiked this trail before.
