TRAIL RUNNING! Join me for a trail run taking in some of Smith Rock's best scenery as I prepare for the Smith Rock 50K on May 30th. We will circle the park starting at the day use parking, crossing over Misery Ridge, connecting to the Summit Trail, then descending the Burma Road to return back to our starting point. Estimated distance 12-13 miles. Pace will be 10-14 minutes/mile, hiking uphills or over rough ground as necessary.
