Hunchback Mountain (Heliport)

Hello Folks,

We will be doing this one.

All trails lists the full hike (16 miles) but we will do what Oregonhikers say (9 miles). There is no report of fresh snow but we cannot take risk and also Hunchback is not a popular route. So please carry your snowshoe + micro spikes. 

Note: We stop the hike around 12:00 noon or so have lunch and head back from where ever we are.  The whole idea is enjoy snow and nature. Please note our pace will be 1MPH, slow and steady.

We will Car Pool. Meet: Gateway Transit Center on the ground floor backside near Max station

The trail is very near Zigzag rangers station.
