Activity Notes
We'll be starting the hike at the Larch Mountain road closure and walking in about a mile on the road before taking the spur trail onto the Larch Mountain Trail to the Multnomah Creek Spur trail to the Oneota trail. This trail loops around underneath the shadows of Sherrard Point and crosses though boggy meadows. We'll close the loop by heading up to Sherrard Point view point before returning back down to the lot. Because of the road closure, expect to hike in about a mile on paved road in order to get to the trailhead. Total distance 12.9 miles and 2700 elevation gain.
