Activity Notes
Great conditioning hike to prep for BCEP! Open for anyone but if you are looking to dust off your boots before BCEP season, this one is for you!
Easy coasting grade up to Aldrich Butte via the PCT trail. We'll start the hike from the Bonneville Trailhead for an out and back hike to Aldrich Butte, a lesser and less-visited butte in the Columbia Gorge that sits in the shadow of Table Mountain. We'll pass by several small lakes and grassy areas. We'll travel out and back about 12 miles in the shadows of Table Mountain and gain about 2,200 feet in elevation for the day.
Not a whole lot of elevation gain on this one, making it an excellent conditioning hike!
