Classic hike past Multnomah Falls, up Multnomah Creek, and through the upper burn zone of the Eagle Creek Fire to a subalpine environment and likely change in the weather before arriving Sherrard Point for a possible view of many mountains, returning the same way we came. We're doing this on a Thursday two days before the start of the summer permit season.

We will gather into carpools at Mazamas at 07:30, reaching Multnomah Falls slightly after 08:00. The time was chosen in the hopes that the restrooms will be open by 08:00.
