Activity Notes
Mt. Hood Medicinal Plants: In the dark days of winter, come on a summer walk on the mountain! We'll talk about medicinal plants that are often found trailside, covering basic plant identification, medicinal uses, and foraging sustainability concerns.
Missy is co-founder and instructor at the Arctos School, and has been teaching about medicinal plants, wildcrafting, and wild edibles for two decades. She advocates for land connection and ethical foraging with an eye towards ecological stewardship.
