This is an B level Mazama Hike that occurs in a non-wilderness area. B level hikes are moderate or more challenging hikes with either less than 15 miles in distance with between 1,500 and 3,000 feet elevation gain or between 8 and 15 miles in distance with less than 1,500 feet of elevation gain.

***Backup plan to Silver Falls, which is closed due to a landslide and downed trees.

Shorter and closer to town, we'll do the loop at Latourell Falls, then stop at the short but scenic Shepherd's Dell and Bridal Veil Falls.

Carpool from Rock Haven at 8:00AM or you can meet us at Latourell Falls TH at 8:30AM. Suggested gas contribution is $4/passenger. Please bring cash just in case. No passes required.
