Activity Notes
A loop hike in the coast range off Highway 6. We will follow a few different trails in the Tillamook State Forest, visiting University Falls along the way.
I have done parts of this trail but not the entire thing. There will be a few small creek crossings.
Carpool from Sunset Transit Center at 7:15AM or you can meet us at Rogers Camp TH at 8:00AM. Suggested gas contribution is $7/passenger. No passes required.
Expect rain and possibly light snow.
8.5 miles, 1500' gain, 1900' high point
***Life is stressful, especially for minorities and marginalized people. But there's lots of studies showing that spending time outside with good company is good for the body and the mind! Therefore, I invite everyone to join me on my hikes!
