Activity Notes
Lilie Fine's provisional hike!
Experience a classic Mount Hood adventure with a 6.7-mile hike to Bald Mountain from Lolo Pass. This hike is considered moderate, with about 1,400–1,500 feet of elevation gain spread over switchbacks and well-maintained paths. While some sections near the summit may include a few log step-overs or mild scrambles, these are brief and easily managed. Expect spectacular summit views of Mount Hood.
A Northwest Forest Pass is required for parking, and there are no restroom or water facilities at the trailhead.
