The Mount Defiance hike is a steep hike with great views of the surrounding mountains on a clear day. You can make it a loop hike by going up the Starvation Ridge Trail and back down the Mount Definance Trail or you can go out and back on the same trail. Weather permitting we will do it was a loop and return on the Starvation ridge.
What you MUST bring: Hiking pole, 4 liters of water, food, snacks, flash light, light jacket and plenty of enthusiasm.
Please note: Jeans pants is not recommended. Anything else which is light and breathable.
We will go slowly and steadily with plenty of rest
