Due to a cancellation, I have room for one more lead!
Relaxed 3 day pace for the holiday weekend on the edge of the beautiful Alpine Lakes Wilderness.
Saturday 8/30 - Leave town at 6am. Drive approximately 5 1/2 hours and start hiking at noon from Ingalls Lake Trailhead. 4 miles, 2000 foot elevation gain, 3 hours.
Sunday 8/31 -- 5am start, estimated 10-12 hours back to camp
Monday 9/1 Two hour hike out and drive home
Looking for experienced trad leaders comfortable with alpine trad and ICS level followers. There is one 5.7 move on the route. This is more an alpine route finding adventure (run outs, loose rock, traversing and down climbing) than sustained hard climbing.
