Classic loop hike to Ramona Falls on Wy'East. We'll add a side trip to a nice view of the mountain. We'll have to cross the Sandy River, but I did this hike on 8/17 and know a good log to cross on.

Carpool from Rock Haven at 7:00A.M. or you can meet us at Ramona Falls Trailhead at 8:00A.M. A Northwest Forest Pass is required. Suggested gas contribution is $8/passenger. The road is paved almost the whole way, but there are some big potholes towards the end.

8 miles, 1200' gain, 3400' high point
