A three pitch 5.6 sport route of an andesite pinnacle of pretty good rock on a broad steep nose with some airy exposure located a very short walk from highway 20.

Activity Notes

This is a great, easily accessible sport multi-pitch climb.

We will start with two pitches of 5.6 just a 5 minute walk from the highway. Afterwards, we will rappel off the summit pinnacle and either do another single-pitch 5.6 which is close by or (depending on time) head back to the trailhead. Depending on how the team feels about downclimbing, we might set up a second rappel.

This is a climb for a total of 9 people. We will split into three groups of three.

Each group consists of a sport leader, a lead belayer, and a third, following climber (potentially a beginner climber/ first time multi-pitch climber).

When applying, please add your name HERE (this is a link to a Google Spread Sheet) with the role you are applying for:<br> Lead, Lead belay, or Follower

Follower -- Basic rock skills including roped climbing and rappelling. (3 open spots)
