Activity Notes
Lots of switchbacks along a forested ridge. Lunch on the summit where we enjoy close-up
views of Mt. Hood as well as fine views of Burnt Lake and Mt. Jefferson.
Just down from the summit are expansive views of the 5 - Hood, Adams, Rainier, St. Helens and Jefferson.
Hike 12.3 miles with an elevation gain of 3100'.
Drive 100 miles round trip.
